Why should I use a travel agent when I can book trips myself?
Because you’re not just booking a trip — you’re investing in your time, your travel experience, and the quality of your vacation. As travel advisors, we have access to exclusive benefits and insider connections that aren’t available online. What destinations do you specialize in?
We specialize in a wide range of destinations around the globe, including popular tourist spots and unique, off-the-beaten-path locations. Together Jana and Callie have traveled all over from African safaris, roadtrips through Ireland, honeymooning across Costa Rica, cruising Alaska, glamping in Zion National Park, exploring mountainsides in the Dolomites... should we keep going? Because we can! Through our own personal travel experience and our network of global partners, we focus on curating unforgettable journeys that blend luxury, intimacy, and adventure.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes, we offer various travel insurance options to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and more.
Can you help with last-minute travel plans?
Absolutely! We can assist with last-minute bookings and ensure you have a smooth and stress-free experience. For full-service, customized travel planning, we do require a minimum of 30 days prior to travel, and anything booked within that window may be subject to an expedited travel design fee.
How early should we start planning for our trip?
The earlier the better. Starting 6 to 12 months out gives us the most flexibility to design something truly special for you. It means more room availability, better flight options, and first pick of the experiences that tend to book up quickly. Early planning also gives us the time to fine tune the details and curate a trip that is seamless, and tailored to you.

What is the travel design planning fee?
Our travel design planning fee covers the time, creativity, and expertise that goes into building a fully personalized itinerary for you. This includes destination research, hotel and experience curation, custom routing, collaboration with our trusted global partners, and support before and during your trip.
